Job Summary
Territory Manager in School Education responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory, promoting educational titles to schools, and driving growth. Own the territory by building relationships with school heads and teachers across private and public institutions; deliver value-added services such as workshops and educational engagements; execute sales plans to achieve objectives; manage collections and track targets; collaborate with digital sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good market knowledge of the assigned region
- Strong solution-oriented sales approach, with exposure to digital products/solutions
- Ability to manage sales targets, collections, and customer relationships effectively
