Job Summary
Territory Manager, Sales for Esperion is responsible for on-label promotion and execution of sales strategies to target customers within the Phoenix, AZ territory. The role involves promoting Esperion products to Healthcare Professionals through one-on-one meetings, virtual engagements, and approved programs, analyzing local market trends, managing performance metrics to maximize sales, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and coordinating with Regional Sales Managers and Market Access teams to optimize payer coverage and access. The position requires travel up to 30%, strong presentation and communication skills, ability to build business relationships, and the ability to operate within a start-up, growth-driven culture. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 1-3 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience or equivalent education and experience. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are also required.
