Job Summary
As a Territory Manager within Donaldson’s Industrial Gases / Compressed Air business, you will be responsible for driving growth through first-fit and capital equipment sales. You will manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and grow existing accounts. Key responsibilities include planning customer visits, managing the full sales process, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should possess some sales experience, a positive and resilient mindset, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM systems. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Some sales experience
- Positive, resilient, and persistent mindset
- Ability to hunt new opportunities as well as farm existing customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy schedule
- Ability to sell based on value and build convincing sales arguments
- Team player who acts in the best interest of Donaldson and customers
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in compressed gases, filtration, or industrial equipment
- Background in a dealer environment and seeking to step into an OEM role
- Field sales or technical customer-facing experience
- Experience developing a territory and growing industrial accounts
