Job Summary

Drive in-office adoption, recommendation, and retail performance of the iVIZIA® dry eye portfolio by serving as the primary field representative to optometrists, specialists, and optical retailers. Execute sales tactics, conduct product detailing, and deliver clinical education to increase brand visibility and support revenue growth while managing territory routing and call planning. Achieve sales goals, establish buy and bill opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Represent the company at local society meetings and provide actionable customer feedback to leadership. Travel within the assigned territory 90% of the time, including long drives and overnight stays.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices
  • Eyecare experience
  • Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, customer relationship building, and driving sales results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory on a daily basis
  • Self‐starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem‐solving abilities
