Job Summary
Territory Manager to lead sales and clinical support for a novel surgical device technology. Responsible for generating leads and engaging surgeons, educating providers on product technology, patient selection, and surgical technique, providing in-servicing and intraoperative support, managing accounts and procurement with VAC approvals, collaborating with internal teams on reimbursement, training, and utilization, and facilitating cadaver labs and training events for surgeons and staff. Ideal candidate possesses strong account-management and launch experience, excels in OR education and reimbursement familiarity, and demonstrates entrepreneurial, communicative, and cross-functional collaboration skills; willingness to travel frequently and work in cross-functional teams to drive clinical adoption and patient care excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in surgical device sales with a strong track record
- Skilled in operating room support and surgeon education
- Familiarity with medical reimbursement, especially for new technologies
- Proven success in account management and new product launch
- Strong clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills
