Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for overseeing multiple client retail locations within a defined territory, ensuring deliveries meet client service goals and comply with policies and regulations. Travel daily between assigned client sites to manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives, leverage routing software to schedule and tender deliveries, coordinate special client requests, conduct daily onsite store audits to verify satisfaction, share location KPIs with stakeholders, and collaborate with peers on daily operations, training, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
- Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor in conflict situations
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings
- Travel to various locations within the specified territory for the client
