Job Summary
The Territory Manager at Stonhard is responsible for exceeding minimum activity standards in quotes and orders while managing installation projects and coordinating work with approved crews. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM, monitoring accounts receivables, and spending a majority of time in the field maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) plus years of related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and communicate key project tasks
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365

- Required travel can be up to 50% in the field
