Job Summary
Promote, educate, and sell Acute Care & Monitoring consumables and capital equipment within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders to provide credible alternatives that address customer needs, while delivering education, training, and case support to clinical end users. Manage customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up on technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed. Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activities to implement and adjust market development plans. Maintain the highest level of product and technical knowledge and recognize competitive strengths relative to company offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 8 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in sales or clinical setting
- Valid driver's licence
- Minimum requirement is High School Diploma with 8 years relevant experience
- Required to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in ICU or Neonatal ICU, Operating Theatre or Emergency Department
