Job Summary
Promote, educate, and sell Acute Care & Monitoring consumables and capital equipment within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets. Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders by providing education, training, and case support to clinical end users and hospital staff. Manage customer queries professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and prompt resolution of technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed. Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activities to implement and adjust market development plans. Recognize competitive product features to leverage them in mutually beneficial outcomes. This role requires a growth mindset, data-driven approach, and up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 8 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in sales or clinical setting
- Valid driver's licence
- Minimum requirement is High School Diploma with 8 years relevant experience
- Required to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in ICU or Neonatal ICU, Operating Theatre or Emergency Department
