Job Summary
Territory Manager, Residential Construction in San Diego, CA, remote-enabled field role focused on growing lead conversions and trade partnerships with Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems. Develop KPIs, train teams on end-user sales and product knowledge, build relationships with national associations and large PRO accounts, drive conversions, plan and execute regional PRO events, and travel up to 50% within the territory. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in construction-supply sales/marketing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or related fields; relevant construction field experience may substitute for higher education
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
