Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for developing and managing customer relationships in Sleep Health within Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA territories, primarily focused on promoting and selling obstructive sleep apnea treatment solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, prospecting for new accounts, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, collaborating with product development and customer service, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing the company at industry events. Required are a Bachelors degree in business administration or related field, excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proven sales experience in medical equipment or healthcare, and US work eligibility. Competencies include analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational and teamwork skills, and strong customer service abilities.
