Territory Manager, Quebec West

Job Summary
Execute a sales plan within the Quebec West territory to meet defined targets, managing customer service, business retention, and market share growth. Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring all assigned specialty medical products are sold and serviced while maintaining an up-to-date customer database. Provide in-servicing and education to hospitals, utilizing trial equipment and samples effectively. Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager and deliver quarterly progress updates. Work 37.5 hours weekly with additional hours as required. Fluent in French and English with a valid Class 5 driver's license. Join a growing respiratory and MDR-focused team.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma in Business, Medical Sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of previous work experience in hospital medical device sales
- Experience with National GPOs and Provincial SSOs
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and projects
- Knowledge of utilizing business development tools (CRM)
- Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg)
- Fluent in French & English both written and oral
- Proficient presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver's license of class 5 and at least three (3) years of driving experience with a satisfactory driving record
- Clean criminal record check
- Working with vulnerable persons in a hospital setting
