Job Summary
Territory Manager in Pittsburgh, PA responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals, generating leads through networking and territory planning, building relationships with decision makers, presenting services in person and digitally, supporting existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (4+ years preferred), a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel 25-35%. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce a bonus) and travel readiness are expected. Travel and administrative duties such as CRM updates, expense reports, and travel planning are part of the role.
