Job Summary
Drive in-office adoption and retail performance of the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio by executing sales tactics with optometrists, specialists, and optical retailers. Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and staff education to increase brand visibility while establishing buy and bill opportunities. Build consultative relationships to deliver clinical education, optimize dry eye workflows, and support revenue growth through targeted territory management. Travel 90% of the time to maximize reach across defined geographic areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices
- Eyecare experience
- Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior
- Demonstrated success in territory management, customer relationship building, and driving sales results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory on a daily basis
- Self‐starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem‐solving abilities

Desired Qualifications
