Job Summary
Drive business growth by prospecting and closing new service accounts while engaging with existing clients to support ongoing fleet maintenance needs. Represent Penn Power Group and OEM partners at the ground level by consulting on customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions for diesel engine repair, mobile diagnostics, and trailer services. Manage your territory strategically using data insights and CRM tools to track pipeline activity, ensuring alignment with operations and customer service teams. Collaborate across departments to maintain service quality and build lasting partnerships with transportation leaders. Requires up to 80% territory travel and proficiency in sales pipeline reporting.
