Job Summary
In State College, PA, you’ll join Charlie Health’s Outreach team as a Territory Manager, building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources to drive access to behavioral health services. You’ll go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships. You’ll design and operationalize GTM strategies for new market penetration, engage referral partners across channels, deepen penetration of existing partnerships, and represent the company at educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events—in person and via conference calls. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to inform go-forward strategies, synthesize market feedback, and help ensure programs are accessible to the communities we serve. The role requires travel within roughly an hour of State College, a valid driver’s license, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to energize and persuade senior corporate personnel. The compensation includes base salary with a performance-based bonus, and Charlie Health highlights its hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
- Must be based in State College, PA
- Fluency in English
