Job Summary
Territory Manager in PA responsible for building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, going into the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers, and leading go-to-market initiatives. Collaborates with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals, and participates in educational meetings and networking events. Requires 1-4 years of proven sales experience, ability to travel locally within ~1 hour driving distance, and strong interpersonal skills to energize and persuade senior personnel. Must be based in Schuylkill County or Columbia County, PA, with hybrid work setup and a base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 plus bonus; benefits offered for full-time exempt employees.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Must be based in Schuylkill County or Columbia County, PA
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
