Job Summary
Territory Manager role based in Erie, PA focused on building and operationalizing GTM strategies, developing and managing relationships with clinical referral sources, and leading in-person field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days per week. The role requires traveling locally to cultivate partnerships, attending educational meetings and marketing events, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals. The candidate should have 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare experience a plus), be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus. The compensation includes base salary between $65,000 and $80,000 plus a target performance-based bonus, with the total compensation impacted by location, experience, and other factors. This is a full-time exempt position with hybrid considerations indicated by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Erie, PA
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
