Job Summary
Territory Manager in heavy construction equipment responsible for selling whole goods, parts, and service packages, building long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory, and achieving sales goals. Role involves field demonstrations at customer work sites, understanding manufacturer programs, leveraging CRM and company systems, coordinating deliveries, and providing post-sale support. Requires 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction equipment preferred) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; bilingual preferred. Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a drug test and background check. Located in Lakeland, FL; company emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years outside sales experience (construction equipment industry strongly preferred)
- A safe driver, ability to meet and maintain a clean driving record
- Physically able to lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching and work in job site environment when needed
- Successful candidate must consent to a drug test and pass a background check prior to start date
