Job Summary
Provider Relationship Manager leading referral partnerships across a defined territory in the Metro DC market. You will spend significant time in the field meeting with healthcare providers and medical groups, building long-term referral relationships, and expanding patient access to care. You’ll manage a territory, grow a pipeline of referral partners, conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the referral experience and access to care. This is a field-based, hybrid role with uncapped earning potential and opportunities to influence the growth of SOL Mental Health’s national team.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning a territory
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred
