Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for managing the West London dental sales territory for Align Technology, selling Invisalign clear aligners and the iTero intraoral scanner to General Dentists. Use a consultative approach to educate customers on industry trends and digital solutions, create and execute territory and account plans, onboard high-potential accounts, and drive business growth by demonstrating ROI and profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, plan and execute territory strategies, and support practitioners in adopting digital technology to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or related B2B experience preferred
- Analytical and business planning skills
- Comfort with business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L)
- Desire to work in a high-performance team
- Relationship management skills
- Willingness to relocate to West London/ designated area
