Job Summary
Territory Manager (Ostomy Care) drives sales growth in acute care by engaging key decision makers, conducting product in-services, and leveraging Coloplast’s Ostomy Care portfolio. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, analyzing sales/marketing data, managing accounts, maintaining long-term customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and meeting credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities. Travel up to 50% is required; candidates should be able to work in and travel to healthcare facilities, with a valid driver’s license and strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM/application skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-year associate degree with med tech sales experience or 7+ years of med tech sales experience; willingness to travel 25%-50%; valid driver’s license; credentialing to access healthcare facilities; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience; ability to plan and manage a sales territory.
