Job Summary
Territory Manager to launch, promote, and drive demand for Pelthos Therapeutics’ product in targeted specialty physician offices within the defined geography. Responsibilities include in-person and group interactions with healthcare professionals, delivering compliant product information, executing marketing strategies, building long-term relationships with physicians and office staff, developing a territory business plan, delivering presentations and promotional speaker programs, cross-functional collaboration, and travel across the territory (five days per week) to engage customers and achieve sales objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience, valid driver’s license, ability to travel (including some overnight), and strong communication, clinical, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs; some overnight travel required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a territory
- Customer Engagement: Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Experience in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies in a highly specialized market
- Clinical Acumen: Exceptional ability to understand and communicate cutting-edge scientific research and clinical data
- Business Acumen: Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics to drive sales performance
