Job Summary
Territory Manager for OrganOx leads commercial efforts in assigned territory with field-based, customer-facing responsibilities. Manages hospital accounts, communicates product value to medical professionals and hospital administrators, collaborates with matrix teams to promote the metra platform, drives sales targets, identifies opportunities, and supports education programs for physicians and health professionals. Requires routine air and overnight travel, strong clinical aptitude in the liver transplant space, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across stakeholders, including clinical specialists, marketing, medical leadership, and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a medically related field
- Minimum of five years sales experience in the medical device or transplant industry
- Minimum of five years sales experience related to hospital total account management
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively
