Job Summary
Lead a team of Sales Consultants by recruiting, interviewing, and providing comprehensive training to meet and exceed company standards across assigned accounts. Conduct regular market rides to evaluate sales execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure flawless implementation of strategic merchandising plans. Build strong relationships with store-level management and key account managers while resolving service issues and monitoring product freshness. Facilitate team meetings, mentor staff for advancement, and ensure full compliance with safety protocols and all applicable regulations. Maintain a clean driving record and utilize data analytics tools to optimize routing and drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to high school plus additional broad specialized training equal to 2 years of technical college OR apprenticeship training
- Over 3 years' experience in beverage or related field
- Cicerone Certified Beer Server
- ABC Beer Permit
- Valid driver's license
- MVR within CDC/CPB Driving Points Policy
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
