Job Summary
Territory Manager in Toledo, OH building and operationalizing GTM strategies, developing and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading in-person field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week to uncover needs and expand Charlie Health’s partnerships. Key responsibilities include designing partner engagement strategies, deepening penetration across existing collaborations, leading educational meetings and marketing presentations, collecting market feedback to inform strategy, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals. Must be based in Toledo, fluent in English, and capable of local travel; compensation includes a base target between $65,000 and $80,000 with performance-based bonus; role described as hybrid with in-person field activity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Toledo, OH
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
