Job Summary
Territory Manager in Springfield, OH responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategies, building and managing relationships with clinical partners, and leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and foster community partnerships. The role includes going in the field 4-5 days per week, designing partner engagement strategies across channels, expanding penetration across existing partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market goals. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare exposure a plus), ability to travel locally, strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills, and English fluency. This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits; compensation target base range is $65,000–$80,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus, with pay determined by location and experience. Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week
- Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom a plus
