Job Summary
Territory Manager based in Marietta, OH, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy to penetrate new markets, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4–5 days/week. The role involves designing strategies to support referral partners across channels, deepening partnerships, and coordinating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to deliver GTM goals. Requires strong sales experience in healthcare, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to travel locally, and proficiency with Salesforce and Zoom. Eligible candidates are based in the Marietta area, fluent in English, and positioned to drive market growth with a collaborative, consultative approach.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license (~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- strong project management skills in fast-paced environment
- experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
- based in Marietta area
- fluency in English
