Job Summary
Territory Manager in Dayton, OH focused on building and operationalizing GTM strategies, developing relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, and leading in-person meetings 4-5 days per week with patients, parents, and providers to drive access to Charlie Health programs. The role emphasizes field collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to expand partnerships, deepen market penetration, and convert partner feedback into go-forward strategies. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, consultative selling, and the ability to travel locally within the Greater Dayton area; English fluency required, with familiarity of tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Greater Dayton, OH
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
