Job Summary
Territory Manager in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategies for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources and clinical partners, and leading 4-5 days/week field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and reduce barriers to treatment. The role involves educating partners, expanding penetration across existing partnerships, attending and leading educational meetings and networking events, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals. Requires travel within the region, strong communication and relationship skills, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Cincinnati, OH
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
