Job Summary
Territory Manager in Akron, OH will build relationships with clinical partners and lead in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement community partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building and managing referral-source relationships, designing and executing multi-channel engagement strategies, deepening penetration across existing partnerships, attending and leading educational meetings and marketing events (in person and by conference call), synthesizing market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals. Requirements include 1-4 years of sales experience, ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom are pluses. The total target base compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with a performance-based bonus and location/experience-based pay adjustments. Must be based in the Akron area and fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance)
- Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
