Territory Manager of Hygiene Support

Non-clinical support role providing advice to hygienists practicing with Aspen Dental-branded practices. This travel-based position covers Northern Pennsylvania and part of Ohio, with a base in Pittsburgh and frequent travel between offices. Responsible for delivering regional training to promote quality care, patient satisfaction and revenue growth; assists with recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new hygienists; collaborates with vendor partners to arrange field meetings and increase product utilization; trains on new patient care products and processes; serves as a liaison to ADMI’s territory hygiene team handling policies, reports, product features, incentives, ordering, and support materials; collaborates with practice owners and field management to prepare hygiene budgets and determine territory needs; coaches under-performing offices; engages in additional developmental duties as requested by practice owners. Requires licensed/registered dental hygienist credentials and ability to travel.
