Job Summary
Deliver regional training to promote quality care, patient satisfaction, and revenue growth while assisting with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new hygienists at Aspen Dental practices. Coordinate with vendor partners to arrange field meetings, increase product utilization, and lead training initiatives on new patient care products. Function as a liaison to the territory hygiene team, responding to daily inquiries regarding policies, reports, incentives, and ordering. Partner with practice owners to prepare hygiene budgets, determine territory needs, and coach under-performing offices. This travel-based role requires frequent travel throughout the Georgia region, with Augusta as a potential base. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and or Registered Dental Hygienist
- Ability to travel to assigned offices
- Manipulate small instruments, supplies, and equipment with efficiency, dexterity, and exceptional eye hand coordination
- Demonstrated excellence in the execution of their craft
- Empathy for the patient
- Strong business acumen
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Prior dental administrative/leadership experience
- Adjunct or full-time dental hygiene faculty experience
- Dental hygiene consulting experience with a proven track record
