Job Summary
Territory Manager in NY/White Plains focused on developing and executing GTM strategies, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days per week. You will collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to drive go-forward market penetration, deepen partnerships, and enhance access to Charlie Health’s behavioral health programs. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare experience a plus), ability to travel locally, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus. This is a full-time exempt role based in White Plains, NY, with a compensation package including base salary between $70,000 and $90,000 plus performance-based bonus targeted to a total compensation range around $94,000–$114,000, depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Must be based in White Plains, NY
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Sound project management skills with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom is a plus
