Job Summary

Territory Manager based in Syracuse, NY responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers (4-5 days/week). Role involves designing strategies to support referral partners, expanding partnerships, and coordinating educational meetings and networking events both in-person and by conference call; requires collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals. Must be able to travel locally, energize and persuade senior personnel, and excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Hybrid work arrangement with base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 plus bonus.

Required Qualifications

  • Based in Syracuse, NY
  • Fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license within ~1 hour driving distance (4-5 days/week)
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
