Job Summary
Territory Manager in Kingston, NY, will build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources in local markets, lead in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and drive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets. The role requires travel (4-5 days/week) to engage partners, deliver presentations, and gather market feedback to inform strategy. Candidates should have 1-4 years of sales experience, comfort selling to healthcare organizations, strong relationship-building, and proficiency with common tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom). The position is full-time, with base compensation in the $65k-$80k range plus performance-based bonuses, and requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in the Kingston, NY area
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
- Fluent in English
