Job Summary
Territory Manager in Virginia for Cardiovascular/EP market with field-based responsibilities in Charlottesville, Roanoke, and Winchester. Drive sales goals and market share through execution of company strategies, cultivate relationships with physicians, EP lab staff, and hospital administration, coordinate a pod including Clinical Account Specialists and Field Service Engineers, lead the territory business plan, support new product introductions, pricing, and contracts, and manage engagements with hospital groups and IDNs/GPOs. Requires ability to travel, strong communication, account management, and solutions selling skills; prior cardiovascular/medical device sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and travel readiness are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Three years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience or equivalent level experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States
- Ability to lift 60 lbs., and to wear heavy lead protective aprons and other safety equipment in lab environment
