Job Summary
Territory Manager opportunity in northern Los Angeles focusing on women's health and reconstructive procedures within a medical device environment. Drive sales through strategic territory planning, build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, conduct consultative calls, support procedures in-OR, leverage contracts and data to maximize performance, and stay informed on product portfolio and market trends. Requires 3+ years of medical device sales (urology/implantables preferred), credentialing capability, valid driver's license, and independent work ethic. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical device sales experience (urology or implantable devices strongly preferred)
- OR experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Proven consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support surgical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with high initiative and results focus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements for site access
