Job Summary
Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration; build relationships with referral sources across priority markets; go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships; design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels; deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships; attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call; synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies; work with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals; must be based in Albuquerque, NM; strong interpersonal, listening, and consultative skills; 1-4 years sales experience with KPI ownership a plus; healthcare-industry experience a plus; ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver''s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
