Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for driving new business development, account acquisition, program implementation, and utilization growth across a defined territory in gastroenterology-focused medical device. Build and execute strategic territory plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth; educate physicians, administrators, and clinical staff on clinical and operational value; drive physician adoption through ongoing training and account development; collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, reimbursement, marketing, leadership); maintain high customer engagement throughout the sales process and post-sale implementation; provide market feedback to support commercialization and growth; participate in industry conferences and customer events to advance product adoption. Ideal candidates have experience launching medical technologies, calling on gastroenterologists and related stakeholders, and developing programs to drive utilization with strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
