Job Summary

Lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to the assigned sales territory, aiming to achieve the sales plan and therapy awareness milestones while assessing new potential accounts. Requires understanding of OSA technology, implant and follow-up procedures, and collaboration with marketing and sales operations to enhance outreach programs. Travel within the territory and overnight travel are expected. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience (or 5 years in lieu of degree, or 3 years at Inspire working with our therapy), strong MS Office skills, and the ability to drive account activation and efficient patient throughput. Will ensure centers follow implant techniques and patient selection guidelines, and contribute to payer education and market development efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
  • In lieu of a degree, 5 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry or 3 years previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with our therapy in a clinical setting
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel (including overnights as needed) within territory
