Job Summary
Territory Manager in Bismarck, ND, responsible for building and operationalizing GTM strategy in local markets, developing and managing relationships with referral sources across priority markets, leading in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week to uncover needs and cement partnerships, and designing strategies to engage referral partners across channels. Collaborates with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals. Requires field presence, strong relationship skills, consultative selling, and experience with or exposure to healthcare organizations. Compensation includes a base salary between $65K-$80K plus performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits. Hybrid work arrangement; must be based in Bismarck and capable of local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Bismarck, ND
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
