Job Summary
Sell Aroa’s soft tissue repair portfolio to the US Acute and Non-Acute marketplace, meeting and exceeding sales goals while collaborating with sales support and marketing leadership to accelerate growth and ensure a positive customer experience. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in medical sales, healthcare familiarity (OR/outpatient), strong relationship-building and communication skills, proactive ownership mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and high attention to detail. Located in Nashville, with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Proven success in medical sales with targets
- Minimum of three years' sales experience
- Experience in healthcare environment (OR and outpatient)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated with ownership
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong learning agility
- Excellent organizational and process management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
