Job Summary
Territory Manager based in Saint Louis, MO, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, building and managing relationships with referral sources and clinical partners, and leading field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days per week. You will drive community partnerships, engage with educational meetings and marketing presentations, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to inform go-forward strategies. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare a plus), ability to travel locally, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Zoom are a plus. This role is full-time, exempt, with benefits, and offers a compensation range of $65,000-$80,000 plus performance-based bonus. Hybrid work arrangement with in-person field activity in the Saint Louis area.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Saint Louis, MO
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
