Job Summary
Territory Manager to drive new business development and utilization growth for a novel diagnostic platform in gastroenterology across the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale territory. Responsibilities include identifying and closing opportunities in physician practices, hospitals, and networks; building and executing strategic territory plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth; educating physicians, administrators, and clinical staff on the technology’s value; driving physician adoption through ongoing training and account development; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful clinical programs, post-sale implementation, and market feedback. Ideal candidates will have medical device/diagnostics or healthcare technology sales experience, a track record of launching new products or driving adoption in complex healthcare organizations, and strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
