Job Summary
Territory Manager based in Northern Michigan responsible for building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, in-field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement community partnerships, and executing go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets. Role requires travel within ~1 hour driving distance, strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills, and collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, managing partnerships across channels, attending educational meetings and networking events, and synthesizing market feedback to inform strategies. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience, ability to energize, advise & persuade senior personnel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus. Total target base compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus; compensation determined based on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits accompany full-time exempt status; hybrid work arrangement noted.
Required Qualifications
