Job Summary
Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic business plans to drive growth within the Milwaukee WI territory. Build relationships with DIY customers, key store personnel, and end users to increase existing customer share and meet sales expectations. Work cross-functionally with all departments to exceed goals while supervising on-market and competitive activities. Provide excellent customer service to achieve high levels of efficiency. This role requires a 45-hour work week M-F with up to 30% travel, including periodic lifting of 65 pounds. The position offers a base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 plus overtime, bonuses, and vehicle reimbursement under a FAVR program. Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Ability to work a 45-hour work week M-F
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Up to 30% travel in territory
- Outside travel required throughout the year
- Bi-lingual
- Spanish language proficiency
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
