Job Summary
Territory Manager at Lowe's leading and developing a team of outside sales professionals focused on driving year-over-year sales growth for Lowe's Pro Sales within the Tampa, FL area. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the sales team, managing CRM-driven activities and account performance, coordinating joint sales calls, recruiting and retaining top outside sales talent, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and collaborating with internal/external partners to deliver value and growth for Pro Customers. Requires leadership experience in outside sales, proficiency with MS Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint and CRM (prefer Salesforce), and a high school diploma or GED with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- 3-5 Years Outside Sales Management experience in a leadership capacity
- 3-5 Years MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3-5 Years CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
