Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales professionals to grow Lowe's Pro Sales by expanding share of wallet with existing customers and acquiring new business. Build relationships with Pro Customers and ensure the team delivers value, growth, and excellent service. Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing the sales team, achieving portfolio financial goals, conducting portfolio reviews, collaborating on sales strategies, analyzing data to improve results, and maintaining CRM and stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- 3-5 Years Outside Sales Management experience in a leadership capacity
- 3-5 Years MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3-5 Years CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
