Job Summary

Territory Manager for South East London region responsible for growing Align Technology’s dental/B2B sales footprint. Manage the assigned territory, onboard high-potential accounts, and use a consultative selling approach to educate practitioners on digital solutions (Invisalign and iTero) that modernize practices. Develop and execute territory/account plans based on account goals and challenges, leverage data/analytics to drive customer decisions, and coordinate internal resources to optimize the customer experience and promote Align solutions. Requires experience in B2B sales, ability to discuss business metrics (ROI, P&L), and strong relationship management; role emphasizes field-based engagement within the UK/EMEA region with a remote/hybrid work arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4-6 years of equivalent experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling medical device, dental, orthodontic or related B2B products preferred
  • Analytical and business planning skills
  • Comfortable discussing cash flow, ROI, and P&L with customers
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Willingness to operate in a field-based, remote-enabled environment
